Codion is Tolunay and Beyda Dönmez: two frontend engineers who have built interfaces side by side for years.

We started Codion to work directly with the people whose products we build, and to give our own products a home.

How we decide things.

  1. 01

    Two people, start to finish

    The people in the first call are the people who write the code. Nothing gets lost between a sales deck and a pull request.

  2. 02

    Details are the product

    Spacing, timing, loading states, empty states. Users feel these long before they can name them, so we spend time on them.

  3. 03

    Fast is a feature

    Animation is welcome until it costs performance or accessibility. We measure both and design within them.

  4. 04

    Plain communication

    Clear scope, honest estimates, and a message when something changes. No jargon to hide behind.
